Activities

Most of the activities your little one does, such as getting dressed, eating, or writing, requires muscle control. The growth of these skills enables them to move and become more independent. They are divided into two: gross motor skills and fine motor skills. Gross motor skills include the movement of the larger muscle groups that allow your child to sit, turn, crawl, or walk. Fine motor skills, on the other hand, control the movement of the smaller muscle groups. Both these skills are required for the proper development of your child.
